Who Can Apply:
- Warren Liberatore was a dedicated educator and mentor who spent his life empowering students to excel in trade and vocational skills.
- Warren was committed to hands-on learning and had an unwavering belief in every student’s potential. He understood the importance and value of non-traditional educational paths, seeing that each student is skilled in their own way and may thrive in a vocational program more than at a typical college.
- This scholarship aims to honor the life of Warren Liberatore by supporting the next generation of students who will put their skills to use in the trades.
- Any high school or trade school student in Pennsylvania who has a 3.0 or lower GPA may apply for this scholarship if they’re passionate about building or crafting things for their community. However, residents from the Pittsburgh area are preferred.
Submission: To apply, tell us why hands-on learning matters to you, how your experience in your program has affected your goals, and how you plan to make a difference in your community with your skills.
