Who Can Apply: The Lem Garcia Law Scholarship proudly offers a $1,000 award to an aspiring attorney currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in law school for the 2026 academic year. This scholarship is designed to help ease the financial burden of law school, allowing driven and passionate individuals to focus on their pursuit of justice and their goal of making a meaningful impact in the legal profession.
- Accepted into any law school in the United States for the 2025–2026 academic year, or
- Currently attending any law school in the United States during the 2025–2026 academic year and continuing their studies into 2026–2027.
Submission: To apply for the$1,000 Lem Garcia Law Scholarship, applicants must submit an essay of 800 words or less explaining:
- Your motivation for pursuing a legal career, and
- Your vision for using your law degree to advocate for justice.
